NOVEMBER 10-12

RW is our yearly student retreat where we get away for a weekend to rally together in the name of Jesus. We seek to build one another up, grow together in our pursuit and passion for Jesus, and have a blast at Timberlake Ministries in Milport, Alabama! Students meet at Living Hope Church on Friday, load the buses, and head off for the weekend. There is zip-lining, rock wall climbing, ropes courses, the giant swing, sporting areas, arcade and so much more!

This is an incredible weekend that is available for all students and their friends grades 6-12.

  • Rally Weekend 2023 Schedule

  • Cost includes:

    • RW Sweatshirt

  • Yes.

    Camp Store

    • The camp store will be open during the weekend for you student to purchase extra snacks, candy, drinks, or souvenirs.

  • Yes, there will be a parent informational meeting on Sunday, November 5 in the Hub room from 10:10-10:40am, after the first service.

  • Absolutely. Your student will have at least one friend in their room and will likely have more than one. They will be around their friend’s all weekend long.

  • CLOTHING & TOILETRIES

    • Warmer clothing and clothes that can get dirty

    • Color War Team Clothing and Gear (Color Teams will be announced in October)

    • Toiletries (soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush)

    • Tobogan or warmth for head and ears

    • Coat (maybe a rain jacket)

    BEDDING

    • Pillow

    • Twin sheets, blanket or just a sleeping bag

    MISC

    • Personal Snacks

    • Extra money for snacks

    • Headphones

    • Bible and something to write with

    • Bug spray

    • Sunglasses (optional)

  • CELL PHONE POLICY:

    • Cell phones are allowed on the trip. They can only be used during free time and at bedtime. We reserve the right to take away any cellular device if it becomes a problem and is prohibiting any student from interacting or connecting with other students.

    PROHIBITED ITEMS:

    • Weapons, drugs, fireworks, alcohol, tobacco products, vapes, juuls, e-cigs.

    • Students who bring these things will be prohibited from attending RW or sent home at the expense of their parents or guardians.
