The vision for LH Kids is for kids from birth-Grade 5 to see the beauty and love of God, and know His redemptive plan as revealed through the Gospel.  We do this through God-focused, Christ-centered teaching in an age appropriate way which reinforces all of the Bible as God’s story.  Each Sunday we provide two teaching environments.

Serve in LH Kids

There are a variety of ways to serve in LH Kids, and we’re always looking for people to join our team!

 
 

Lead Teachers

  • desire to love kids as Christ loves us, teach His Word, and show them how to live the Gospel at home and on mission.

  • minimum 1 hour of lesson prep per week

  • arrive 15 minutes before each service begins

  • set up opening activities

Assistants

  • desires to loves kids as Christ loves us, teach His Word, and show them how to live the Gospel in their homes and  on mission.

  • minimal prep time

  • arrive 15 minutes before each service begins

  • assist lead teacher with classroom activities and management of students

Administrative Helpers

  • assist guests with student check in

  • knowledge of basic computer skills

  • arrive 15 minutes before service and remain 15 minutes after service begins.

  • serve 2 times per month

Greeters/Walkers

  • greet families as they arrive

  • direct them to computer check in of students

  • walk families/kids to their correct classroom

  • arrive 15 minutes before service and remain 15 minutes after service begins

  • serve 2 times per month
