Blessed Church

Nakuru, Kenya

Alfred and his wife Millycent have planted a church in a slum of Nakuru, Kenya. Nakuru is the fourth largest town in Kenya. In order to have an effective ministry they have chosen to live in the slum themselves where they are raising their sons. It goes without saying they have essentially taken a vow of poverty to live in the slum. Their personal needs are great as well as the needs of the church yet in spite of their challenges they regularly feed a multitude of children.
