Missio International - Supports the innovative and transformative work of Missio Link International’s Deborah House. Founded in 2002, Deborah House is Romania’s first of its kind residential program that offers refuge to girls that have suffered severe abuse and trauma, and promotes their healing with specialized counseling, educational support, and the chance to form healthy relationships in a loving Christian family setting. There are currently 19 girls that call Deborah House home, living in 2 separate houses, overseen by loving house parents, supported by trauma professionals, and surrounded by “sisters” who they can love and heal alongside.

· Easter holidays are very significant in Romania, a good evangelistic opportunity for churches. Pray for a strong and relevant impact of the gospel, that the power of Jesus’ Resurrection will shine through the local ministries of our church partners during this upcoming Easter season.
· Mirela, one of the girls who graduated from Deborah House, will be completing her residency in internal medicine in the fall. Mirela will visit some of the partners in the USA in early May to express her gratitude and that of the over 150 girls whose lives have been transformed by MLI-DH. We are praying for visa and travel logistics and a meaningful experience.
· We are grateful for the start of the implementation of two new courses as part of our Harmony program at Buzias Educational Center:
· Choices for Freedom, Equip curriculum by John Maxwell
· From Darkness to Light, From Addiction to Freedom
We pray for Daniel, who is facilitating the program, and we pray that the message will impact the hearts of the young people.
· We pray for the start of the personal development program Beyond Success - Equip Curriculum by J.C. Maxwell, with the children from Back-to-School programs in Recaș area. In addition to the Bible lessons and the material support provided to the families, we want to help the children acquire skills for independent living.
· We pray that the Lord will provide wisdom to our colleagues from the CAR teams, as they will be participating in professional trainings and conferences in the coming period, to acquire new knowledge that will help them in their work with children and youth in our programs.

· Adela recently turned 18 and after being in our care for five years, she left Deborah House to start an adult life on her own. Adela works as a waiter in a restaurant where she has been an apprentice, and we pray for God’s blessing over her life and future. Likewise, we ask for continued prayers for our team and for each girl at Deborah House.
· Please pray for Marga, one of our social mothers, who lost her mother this month and Gabriela, one of our girls, lost her brother in a car accident. We pray for strength, for God’s peace and comfort in their lives.
