Join us for an introduction to the basics of self-defense, led by John and Casey Trent.
Being able to protect yourself and your family in all situations is a great reassurance, and understanding the basics of self-defense will give you more confidence, and less fear and anxiety.
Plan on a fun morning of hands-on training with a spouse, significant other or friend as we set a baseline for self-defense. Please come with an open mind and please be dressed in workout clothes.
