LH/STUDENT LEADERSHIP

REQUIREMENTS FOR STUDENT LEADERSHIP

All applicants must understand that as student leaders they will reflect what it looks like to follow Jesus and therefore must have a relationship with Jesus that is evident in their lives.
Although, we understand you will do this imperfectly, each student leader must commit to living as a follower of Jesus in all things from school, home, family life, friendships, and social media presence.
Each student leader will commit to serve for one year beginning in September and going through July but may reapply in August for the following year.
Each student leader will need to be recommended or have the recommendation of a an adult leader in our ministry.

Each student leader embody the cultures of the Student Ministry. (Gospel, Belonging, Pursuit, Blessing, Innovation, and Celebration)
Each student leader will be required to attend prayer room at least 1-2 times a month. (Monday 4-5pm or Wednesday 5-6pm)

Each student leader will be commit to attend the monthly leadership meetings for students.
After application is submitted each applicant will undergo an interview by leadership panel.

ACCEPTED STUDENT LEADERS

Student Leaders will provide leadership and input into LH/Student retreats, activities, schedules, teaching series, worship, and design elements.
Student Leaders can lead from the stage in worship, leading games, teaching, announcements, etc.
Student Leaders will support setup and tear down at any LH/Student event.
Student Leaders will be included in select volunteer dinners and celebrations.
