HIGH COMMITMENT
Serving Middle or High School Students
Those who apply for this position will be held to a high standard of personal godly leadership. A strong desire to disciple and mentor a group of students is required. The leader will be developed to effectively communicate with students, facilitate spiritual discussions, and cultivate group unity.
Primary Responsibilities
● Disciple students to become more like Christ
● Develop unity and friendships in the Small Group
● Facilitate group discussion around given topics
● Plan at least two off-campus gatherings a year for your small group

small GROUP CO-LEADER | WEDNESDAYS | 6:00-8:00PM
HIGH COMMITMENT
Serving Middle or High School Students
Those who apply for this position want to serve with students, but don’t feel completely comfortable leading a group of students just yet. The co-leader will follow the lead of the small group leader, learn from them, and practice leading the group, getting more comfortable and confident to lead a group on their own.
Primary Responsibilities
● Assist the leader in discipling the students
● Develop unity and friendships in the Small Group
● Help as needed to facilitate group discussion
● Help plan at least two off-campus gatherings a year for your small group

WORSHIP TECH TEAM MEMBER | Wednesday Night | 5:00-7:30PM
MEDIUM COMMITMENT
This role is perfect for someone who has lighting, sound and production experience. As a Tech team member, you’ll run the sound booth, operate the lights and support the worship teams during rehearsal and LHPM.
Primary Responsibilities
● Assist worship team with stage set up and tear down
● Offer tech and worship support for LHPM

SECURITY TEAM MEMBER | Wednesday Night | 6:00-8:00PM
MEDIUM COMMITMENT
This team works together to manage indoor traffic flow, secure entrances and exits, and observes the safety of students and leaders.
Primary Responsibilities
● Ensure safety of students
● Walk the halls ensuring students are in the proper locations
● Ensure the security at the main entrance of those who enter and exit

LOW COMMITMENT
You are the first impression for students and parents at LHPM. Our goal is to create an environment where brand new students feel like they already belong. That is the role of a Hospitality team member.
Primary Responsibilities
● Create a welcoming environment for students and parents
● Greet parents and students at events
● Assist w/ event check-in and registration
● Assist in supervision of events

This is a fun group that connects with students each week as they serve them in our Living Hope/PM cafe. If you enjoy dreaming up creative snacks, this is a blast. They think about how students can taste the truth they hear every Wednesday night!
Primary Responsibilities
● Setup and serve students at the LHPM Cafe
● Communicate to staff about supply needs
● Restock fridge and candy at the end of the night
● Handle money and receipts in cashbox

LHAM DISCIPLESHIP LEADER | SUndays 9:00AM

This is a Bible teaching role that is perfect for someone who loves to connect and disciple students and teach them how to follow Jesus. Weekly bible discussion and relationship building are vital.

● Prepare and teach the assigned curriculum effectively
● Create a fun and exciting learning environment
● Seek to help the students fall in love with God’s word

● 1 hour preparation per week
LHAM DISCIPLESHIP CO-LEADER | SUndays 9:00AM
MEDIUM COMMITMENT
Serving Middle or High School Students
This role supports the primary teacher for the class and is also able to fill in and teach when the primary teacher is out. This is perfect for someone who loves to connect and disciple students and wants to grow in their ability to teach the Bible to students.

● Act as support for the lead teacher
● Contribute to the discussion of the assigned curriculum
● Create a fun and exciting learning environment
● Seek to help the students fall in love with God’s word
